Elwise Laten
Elwise grew up in poor neighborhood of Hillhive, surrounded by other stout folk. In his teens he decided he needed to travel, and set out with a dwarven caravan across the continent to see all the world could offer. His first encounters with anyone other than the halflings, dwarves and gnomes of his homeland he encountered was an orcish hunting party. However, despite the dangerous potential of this chance meeting, he was thrilled to meet these strange, green skinned "Giants".
It was here, sitting around the campfire amidst the orcs and the peoples of his caravan, that he learned he had a real love for strange and foreign foods and spices. He happily ate the fire-roasted Mo'At the orcs were sharing, and was certain to write down the recipe... this was the first, but certainly not the last, recipe he learned during his travels and the beginning of his career as a famous chef.
