Hidden more than 3 miles beneath the surface, Mida'Sira is the capitol of the Drow world. Home to the illustrious Spider Queen and her Silken Court, this is the largest and most dangerous of the Drow Undercities.

Districts
- Matron's Nest - Political center, dedicated to the service and protection of the Drow Elite.
- Fangside - Lofty estates and fortified manor houses, this is where drow of standing live.
- Webside - Somewhat less prestigious than Fangside, this is where drow in good standing reside, but not those with real political power.
- Blood Gate - The cities military quarter. Drow soldiers are trained here, as well as mages and lesser (Male) clerics.
- Mushroom fields - The agricultural center of the city, where produce and livestock are grown and prepared.
- Opression's Hand - This quarter is where drow of no standing, such as indentured servants and non-noble families live.
- Shackled Path - This is where most slaves and captives are housed. Military patrols and regular purges keep this populace cowed.
- Duergar Docks - Trade quarter, this is one of the few areas of the city where non-drow may walk free and do business.
- Goblin Quarter - Favorite slave race of the drow, subservient goblinoids live here.
- Lashed Languish - This part of the city is inhabited by low-class drow, political refugees, slaves, and non-drow. It also holds the prisons and public torture yards.

Climate
Since the entirety of the city is located 3.5 miles beneath the surface of the world, the climate inside the massive city-cavern is always a steady 58 to 60 degrees and pitch black. About once a week the moisture condensation causes a warm, misty rain to fall from the cavern ceiling.
