The Spin

This game is enjoyed by children and adults alike, children trading colored stones, and adults betting coin.

History

Created centuries ago, the original intent or purpose of the game has long since been forgotten. Over the past 600 years it has gained popularity within Halfling, Human and Orcish cultures, often being played at social gatherings.

Execution

To start the round each player must first place 2 coins (or stones) from their Stash into the center, this area is known as the Purse.

The first player (usually the owner of the top, but may be determined randomly) then spins the top, and follows the command of the top.

The top is then passed to the player left (clockwise) of the first player, and spins the top, following its command.

This process is repeated for each player, until it has been spun by each player.

The player with the most Coins or stones in their Stash at the end of this rotation wins the round.

Repeat all the proper number of rounds.

This process is repeated a number of times equal to the number of players + 1 (For example, if you have 4 players then you play for 5 rounds).

The player with the most Coins or stones at the end is the victor.
