Rise of the Uldoth

Founding

While they were alone on Hijr, they built great wonders of stone and metal.

The Uldoth were the second-born of the Firstfolk. Shorter and stronger than the Star wandering Ellef, the Uldoth spent their time on the Prime Material plane building grand wonders, and mining deep into the world to uncover it's riches and mysteries. While they held Dominion on Hijr, they lived long and prosperous lives, and eventually the race began to divide into the modern races we know today (Dwarves, Orcs, Goblinkind and Humans).   Being the only humanoids on the world at this time (along with their offspring races), the Uldoth were at constant war with the beasts of the plane, especially the overwhelmingly powerful Dragons. Thankfully, while the Uldoth, Dwarves and Humans served as a united peoples, the Dragons were wild, bestial and solitary. This allowed the Uldoth an advantage to keep the 'Great Wyrms' at bay over the centuries.   At the end of the Ancestral age (-7249 CE through -6550 CE), the Uldoth themselves disappeared (Much like the Ellef before them), leaving their progeny to rule over the world.
