Ankarith, the nightmare

When the wind howls at night and your mind scrapes a dream together, fear Ankarith. A folk shade with no true form, said to be the manifestation of a boys torture. Ankarith does not have many followers so to speak, but many fear it, they tell tales of the abused boy who bore a god; the tales moral “A child not shown warmth by the village, will burn it down to feel its warmth”, which is a fair lesson to learn.
