Centreplane

The Centreplane is a plane of existence typically placed at the centre of any planar structure. It is inhabited by many sentient races including but not limited too: Elves, Humans, Orcs, Halflings, Dwarves, Gnomes and Dragonborn. These sentient races dot it's temperate landscapes forming vast communities. The planet which they inhabit on this plane these races name Hir, meaning land in elvish. However their planet geography is mostly made up of ocean, grassland, mountain ranges, forests, sands, tundra's, and all kinds of deserts with every gradient of landscapes in-between.
