The Kraken Fort

The ‘Capital’ of the Kassian isle, the city is a marvel of engineering or just perhaps a builders nightmare depending on the beholder, the mighty city or fort however you may look at it. The city is truly a twist and turn of the ropes, planks and wreckages of various vessels both large and small forged into houses, shops, watch towers, ports and most importantly taverns. That has come home to all those who make their livelihoods on the seas in less than legal manors. Leading its way up the cliffs and high rises the city's main factor and centre piece is the mighty fort itself. Nicknamed the Kraken fort after the large skeleton that hangs off its front, it is the centerpiece of the city. Hanging from the cliff's edge it is the home of the court and the most powerful of the Isle.
