Kyr, of the Forgotten Winds

Companion to Srigivald of the Wastes, Kyr is an adult black dragon but barely the size of a horse. At such a small stature it is often believed that Kyr was magically shrunken as some sort of punishment for being a black dragon, but nobody knows for certain why she is so small.
