Dracal

This massive city is located on the edge of Caail'Dryn's coast, looming hundreds of feet above the water. The walls and streets suggest that the city once extended beyond the cliff. Dracal is the center of Draconic learning and study. A large number of clans are centrered here, including the currently reigning Relf'guan.
