Zaerchellian Highlands

A chain of plateaus and hills roamed by nomadic tribes, goats, sheep, and other mountainous fauna. These stretches of elevated land are often covered in a layer of snow for half the year and windswept for the other half.
The rough climate is difficult to build in and as such all the permanent settlements are relatively small, enough to maintain themselves and the handful of passing travellers.
They are named after the Zaerchellian people who have lived in these lands for centuries, and to this day they are hired as scouts and escorts for their surefooted and intelligence to safely pass through the various channels and cliffs.
