Not too long after awakening, Tora created all matter

Tora, who was already grown, decided that she didn't like being the only thing in existence. She decided that there should at least be things that she could look at and created a primordial soup of matter that bubbled, swirled, mix, crashed, and shook. She was pleased with what she had done.
