Cardinals are the highest ranks in the political aspect of each god, and each cardinal of a major god leads the executive branch of their gods Holy City in a position similar to Mayor.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Bishops are removed from power after 10 years without being re elected or by force from their Diety for committing a blasphemous act.
