• A high ranking duke in the Diabolists
• He sometimes appears as human, othertimes as an elf
• It is speculated he is a descendant of the fallen Liodan Elven Clan, especially as Elyon Liodan, a first son of the Clan banished more than 5 centuries ago who sought greater and greater power outside of the Liodan Clan, including turning to the patronage of the Nine Hells.
• Goro Liodan was the representative of the Diabolists at the Palanquin Convocation.
