Jessudu the Sumptuous and Naishud the Exalted

Jessudu was exiled from the Elemental Plane of Water for her part in a failed coup and carried the mark of the exile on her body at all times
Jessudu sought revenge against those who exiled her - the Sibonorn Marid Royal Family
She briefly came in contact with God Architeuthis and was who pointed him the fallen empire of Yuggoth and the Ink of Architeuthis deep with the treasury of Pashida in the Citadel of Ten Thousand Pearls
Using broken shards and potsherds from that empire she spent decades designing and building a water construct - a Yuggoth Spawn
Jessudu was working towards the spawn existing fully and not dissolving back to water without her requiring immense concentration to hold it
Her coral palace was encased with protective glyphs, mostly to block divination, teleportation and plane shifting Jessudu is:

• a sorcerer with power primarily over water
• a teller of tall tales
• obsessed with vengeance
• a thief who organised the theft of the Ink of Architeuthis from the treasury of Pashida in the Citadel of Ten Thousand Pearls, betrayed Emerald’s Blaze who used their resources to steal the Ink and kept it for herself

Naishud the Exalted; sibling to Jessudu; went insane from his exile with Jessudu - hated his sibling but could not stand to be left alone
Naishud commanded the sea elementals to bring the characters to the Coral Palace
Naishud offloaded the Ink first opportunity as it was the source of his madness and torment

In Game
Jessudu was defeated by the SRG and used a disjunction Sigil to split in thousands of pieces and will reform at some point in the future
