Loa

• Dwellers of the Wyrding, the Loa are an ancient force of elder beings that can serve as intermediaries between the Elder Gods and other races
• The Loa must be served, not prayed to.
• They may respond to their sacred rhythms, songs and symbols presented by lesser beings and if they accept these offerings, they may grant a request
• Can grant powers, bestow blessings or smite with curses depending on successful ritual
• Often "ride" mortals as part of a ritual or when granting power or if successfully called upon during a ritual
• The Loa always had one foot in the Spaces and one foot in the Places
