• Phantom energy is the opposite of force, it is negative kinetic force.
• In an area impacted by phantom energy, kinetic energy is lost, and entropy breaks down existence so that nothing in the affected space of existence interacts with anything else.
• Phantom energy automatically deals triple damage to any object and halves the value of the damage reduction value due to hardness
• Any creature that takes damage from phantom energy, is effected by the ruin condition at the same place in the initiative order in the next round
