Weeping River

Running for more than 5,000km, the Weeping River seperates the Weeping Desert from the Brass Desert and runs through savanna, plains, dry rainforest before passing the the jungles of the Paracer Ascension. Initially fed by the foothills of the Arcosi Mountains, free flowing springs in the Weeping Desert supply water on the river's long journey through the desert, with wet season storms adding so much water that flooding in the lower regions is common.
