The Ramshore Guard uncovered an network of illegal slave trade organized by Arac Salticus and Five Pointed Star headed by Ramshore's Alderman Rupert Johnson, whom they revealed to be a vampire and cultist of Pazuzu.
Upon learning of opportunities in the new world from Rogo Raggins, Taggart and some of the other Ramshore Guard's abandoned their investigation and set off for Pau-Brasil. There they encountered an old friend, Rudolf Kopperlöwe from the old Rampant Rams days who took them in. With their expedition funded by Kopperlöwe they founded Glen Water Solutions and set sail south and founding Rio Don Janeiro naming Taggart as Governor.
Count Taggart went on to marry Volette Ergotsdotter, daughter of Hero of the Empire Ergot Greenleaf. This marrage grew into a ménage à trois with Princess Anya Imre of Arac Dundee. Making Duke Taggart prince consort of two nations of the Feywood Confederation, and Rio Don County a Duchy.
The Taggart family was later elaborated on for Kipling's Quest.
After a two thousand year time skip to 8000BCE, Voss returned under the name Mátia Aetoú as a part of the All Grug Party II: Da' Bronze Age. This later interpretation of Voss being inspired by Sean Bean's portrayal of the Greek hero Odysseus in Wolfgang Petersen 2004 film 'Troy'.
Kudha 'Bloodbolt'
His first appearance in Broc Dearg was as a a guest NPC Bloodbolt, the right hand man and second in command of the Targor Bloodsword's Hobgoblins. Following the Cragmaw Cave Genocide Bloodbolt aided Targor Bloodsword and the Emerald Serpent party in securing their power. He later adopted one of the juvenile Haari Bullywug's as his traveling companion, naming him Bully the Kiddo. This duo was an over all reference to Din Djarin and Grogu, from Jon Favreau's hit television series 'The Mandalorian' set in the Star Wars universe.Taggart
Stew later returned for Guard Academy as Serjeant James Taggart, who was initially intended to be a guest NPC along with Danno 'Bookum' Johnson, both former war veterans turned town guards. However both Stew and Benjemima enjoyed themselves so much they requested to join the main cast. Voss McGyver
Voss later known as Mátia Aetoú (greek for the 'Eagle Eyed'), first appeared in the All Grug Party as an original character by Master Stew. This was a short campaign intended as a Broc Dearg prequel set in 10,000BCE. Voss invented agriculture and alcohol fermentation so as to produce whiskey, which he introduced to a tribe of locathah. The result of this however was inadvertently making them dependent on him for more alcohol and discovering alcoholism. He went on to discover the Nummy Berry's shrubs and perfected their cultivation as well as the invention of archery. Voss also took part in the Hyena Cave Genocide, after which the Grug's adopted the wearing of hyena cloak's.
