Career Progression
Most Facility carers will start their career with looking after the podlins, the move to looking after new born Younglins, then move to the older younglins. After having completed 5 years in the facility, they will become more eligible with working in higher positions. If not, facility carers will usually be placed in the area most suitable for them.
However some carers prefer to work alongside the cycle of younglin development, working through each year before returning to work with the podlins again.
