Project Goopala was a secret project that Algernon green-lit after The Two Month War, intending to supply the Hooman Nation with stronger weapons to combat future threats.
The project was the idea of a Modular plasma gun platform, designed to be converted into different gun types for every situation and engagement range, including pistol, combat rifle, sniper, shotgun, and launcher.
