A few years after the establishment of Vin Xexu, one of the newest colonies for the Xelin, the Drelock Armada revealed their presence to the galaxy in horrendous fashion by completely destroying the fledgling settlement. This, and various other attacks along the frontier of various nearby galactic powers led to the creation of the Velani Federation.
