The exact age, and the country of their birth, is forgotten by Hurdy Gurdy. Even their original name is lost to the annuals of time, for they no longer remember it, nor do they care. All they know is one day they awoke as a skeleton, with a penchant for music and a thirst that can never be quenched (though they still try with their trust magic flask). One of the first settlements gave them their current name after a rousing performance with the instrument they're named after.
