Brackenmill

Farming in birdfolk perches is unconventional.  In the taller perches, fruiting vines and mosses are grown from the branches of the trees.  The largest and most productive farming perch is Brackenmill.  Considered a lesser perch due to its proximity to the ground, Brackenmill nevertheless consists of many proximate tree-farms that, after years of growth, melded into one another.  It includes a central hub of shops, trade halls, and shipping platforms, all under the watchful eye of the local Perch Guard.  Some of the farms have even begun to expand downward, encompassing small horticultural plots at the base of the trees.  The grounded farms produce luxury goods that can't be grown along the branches, and house corrals for giant insects that produce goods ranging from silk to meat.
Practically every store, tavern, and supplier in Alderheart gets their goods from Brackenmill.  The movement of agricultural products to vendors around the Woods is overseen by a powerful trade guild made up of prominent farm-owning families.  The guild made up of prominent farm-owning members from the most noble of these families.  Legacy members inherit their position and tend to hold lifetime appointments.

Most meat comes from beetles and similar insects, they are treated similarly to cow and oxen.
The silk worms and caterpillars can be seen and often used for making unique items like silk and cocoon pieces.

Districts

Ebonhart Family: Was once the largest farm, but now seems primary abandoned now.

Goldenblood Family: Was once the 2nd largest, but many consider it the largest now with Ebonhart's abandonment.  A Vulpin and Gallus seem to be "managers" of the farm.
-Hanera Shrine is found close to the entrance of the family, though clean as it is, the image is very dull
-Glover family is under them, in debt "9545001 gps"

Whitehail Family: 3rd largest family plot, nothing seems to stand out about them.

Rustquill Family: 4th largest family plot, nothing seems to stand out about them.

Selby Family: Servant hands do seem to be treated decently well, but...
-Forest family is under them

Pearlbrood Family: A smaller plot, but tightly secured with the family living in Saltar's Port
-Mossearth family is under them
