King Edward II

Long may he live, savior of the world as so many say. King Edward II is ironically the first king our land has had in ages. We were split up into many lands with many different rulers and in a way still are though King Edward proclaims himself in charge of it all.   The King doesn't talk about his past much, There's been mention of him keeping the II in his name on behalf of his father but he never said why or how. He doesn't seem to have any family, or at least none alive. The closest thing he has to a family are the ones he chose as his honor guard during the war and beyond.   The King decided, from what he would claim was "sudden insight", to corral and claim the world's Armaments in one place to prevent anyone from using them to harm the world or it's people, or to proclaim themselves rulers just by warrent of finding a strong object on the ground somewhere. From there the King wandered the land collecting not weapons but the people who had them. Trusted friends that he dragged into his crusade by a charasmatic voice or a show of strength. A bunch of weirdos and outcasts who wanted to change the world, or just follow the King. Just like a family   And then he took them all with a relative army of normal soldiers as well and pointed them to the world. He collected weapons from villages and bandits and everything in between. Then the remaining people he smote in one last enormous earth shaking battle.   No one has heard from him in a while but he still sits in the center of the country in his castle keeping the Weapons firmly placed in his vault, sending out his friends across the globe to find anything he missed and to keep things, and people, in check. Sitting there mulling over a map of the world and the unreached corners that remain. Some call him a savior and some a tyrant. I assure you he's just a man.
