Water Hole

You've carved this room under a leaking pipe which drips into a pool on the floor. The pool is connected to the roof gutter by an internal pipe you've improvised from stolen straws. The pool is currently empty and the pipe no longer leaks.
This is strange, you'd have noticed if a human came and fixed it, on account that you would probably have been relocating if that were the case. You take a momento to hit the pipe and see if it is clogged for some reason and all you hear is an hollow empty echo. You make a mental note to check the water supply when you go outside for food.
