Old Marketplace

The marketplace is a roughly circular space in the center of town where local and foreign traders would sell their wares, were it not so bloody cold all the time.
The traders of old have taken up residence in permanent houses and have people in need coming to them or they have errand boys spreading the goods.
The old marketplace stands empty with a few permanent buildings still in place and nobody knows what to do with them.
They could be used during the couple of hours where it's not too terribly cold, but it's so rare nowadays that nodody is going to bother to set everything up only to take it down again an hour later.

Some temporary merchants visit the place during high noon, but only on specific days that the locals know.
