Nowadays it's mostly for sled dogs. Any dogs or ice beak can be stabled here for 1sp per night.
The old horse stalls stand empty and ready accept Axe beaks or poor adventurers who want some warmth for the night.
Owned by the city, but managed by Linda Grace, a local woman who is good with animals and bills.
