The Plucky Horseradish

A teashop with a large common area, owned by Middy Winkers and Oscar Winkers.
It provides various herbal teas of flavour and effect. Locally known for Mummy's Tea, which cures disease, but is fairly expensive. The Winkers family has made it free for the poor as their payment for the social tax that has been placed on everyone.
