Dzaan

Little is known of Dzaan, as the only encounter of him was at his public execution where he was burned at the stake in Easthaven. The reason for this punishment, stated by Captain Imdra Arlaggath was that Dzaan was wanted for allegedly murdering a group of adventurers that had previously assisted the citizens of Icewind Dale. His punishment was not for vengence, but instead as a deterrent to similar behavior.
