Naerth Maxildanarr

The town speaker of Targos. It's presumed he won the speakership becauce of his popularity with the fishers. Naerth occupies the largest guest suite of The Luskan Arms because it reminds him of home and is a great place to meet visitors. Caged in his room are three Flying Snakes that he keeps as pets.
