Sephek Kaltro

Sephek Kaltro is a mysterious man that travels alongside Torrga Icevein, working for her while they move between Ten Towns, selling goods out of Torg's Caravan. His blue eyes and lack of winter clothing come from his alleged birth during the Midwinter, where he gained Auril's blessing. Very little is known about Sephek aside from this.
