A researcher who came to Icewind Dale from Waterdeep to study how changes in climate alter the nature of animal wildlife.
When Tali heard reports of a monster in Maer Dualdon that was attacking the Bremen fishing parties, she decided to investigate and found that boats from Bremen were the only vessels to suffer these attacks. After deducing this, Tali began frequenting the docks to warn any uninformed people looking to venture out onto the lake about the danger waiting there.
