Arcane Brotherhood

A secretive network of Druidic peoples working against The Ten Towns Towns. As far as we know, they're poachers of ancient human magic-technology (Netherese Empire relics), and have something to do with the disappearance of Huerwor.
Sybil Alguard used a magical mirror to Scry on Huerwor, and found the first signs of this organization. It seems that Huerwor is a willing participant, and was surprised to see a Scrying beacon honed on him.
