Shadir

Shadir is suspicious grifter Dwarf who ran for Speaker of Good Mead. His platform was based on popular opinion from the loggers, and a staged kidnapping that he would have saved the "victim" from. The Naughty Boys violently upended his attempt and ensured the end of his political candidacy.
Shadir is a Hill Dwarf, of "Froth Clan". Gurney pickpocketed him during questioning and found a pathway map that fully avoids offical trails, straight from Good Mead into Targos via hidden entrance on the Eastern dock wall.
