Supply and Carrying Capacity

Supply 
Supply is 1 days worth of rations, plus whatever odds and ends you might consume in a day. The price is 5 silver a piece. You can carry 1 supply per your strength score. For example an average human with a strength of 10 can carry 10 days worth of supplies with them.
Carrying Capacity
Carrying Things. A Medium-sized creature’s carrying capacity equals its Strength score × 15 pounds.
For simplicity sake:  A set of light armor and a weapon weighs 30 pounds. A set of medium armor and a weapon weighs 60 pounds. A set of heavy armor and a weapon weighs 90 pounds.
For example, someone with 15 strength with heavy armor could carry an additional 135 lbs.
