Potion of Maximum Power

The first time you cast a damage-dealing spell of 4th level or lower within 1 minute after drinking the potion, instead of rolling dice to determine the damage dealt, you can instead use the highest number possible for each die. This glowing purple liquid smells of sugar and plum, but it has a muddy taste.

Manufacturing process

Step 1: Gather the required ingredients: Theki Root, Olisuba Leaf, and Dreamlily petal.
Step 2: Thoroughly clean and wash the Theki Root, Olisuba Leaf, and Dreamlily petal to remove any dirt or impurities.
Step 3: Peel and chop the Theki Root into small pieces.
Step 4: Crush the Olisuba Leaf into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle.
Step 5: Tear the Dreamlily petal into smaller fragments.
Step 6: In a heat-resistant container or cauldron, combine the chopped Theki Root, crushed Olisuba Leaf powder, and torn Dreamlily petal fragments.

Step 11: Transfer the paste into a clean and sterilized glass jar or container for storage. The resulting Potion of Maximum Power is a glowing purple liquid that smells of sugar and plum, but has a muddy taste.
Step 12: Label the jar with the name "Potion of Maximum Power" and include the date of creation.
