Potion of Shapeshifting

A very peculiar potion that changes its colour, clarity as well as the shape and material of its container every time no one is looking at it. Upon opening the container, it reverts back to its original container and appearance; a faint pink potion with suspended slivers of silver. Drinking this potion allows the drinker to use the Alter Self spell on themselves for 30 minutes without concentration.

Manufacturing process

Step 1: Gather the required ingredients: Rainbow Mushroom and Olisuba Leaf.
Step 2: Thoroughly clean and wash the Rainbow Mushroom and Olisuba Leaf to remove any dirt or impurities.
Step 3: Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the Rainbow Mushroom into thin pieces.
Step 4: Crush the Olisuba Leaf into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle.
Step 5: In a heat-resistant container or cauldron, combine the sliced Rainbow Mushroom and crushed Olisuba Leaf.
Step 6: Add enough water to cover the ingredients in the container.
Step 7: Gently heat the mixture over a low flame, allowing it to simmer for approximately 25-30 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure the ingredients are well combined.
Step 8: After simmering, remove the container from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Step 9: Using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth, strain the simmered mixture to remove any solid particles or impurities.
Step 10: Transfer the strained liquid into a clean and sterilized glass jar or container for storage. The resulting Potion of Shapeshifting is faint pink with suspended slivers of silver.
Step 11: Seal the jar tightly with a lid and store it in a cool, dark place until ready to use.
