A city of curiosity and oddity. Rhuncar is on the far reaches of elven society, and has the largest non-elven population of all the elven cities. It is a town of loose morals for the sake of knowledge, and the pursuit of power. When someone is an outcast to regular society, they go to Rhuncar.
