Nemosian Free States. Widely considered to be one of the go-to hubs for all manner of mercenaries and sellswords, Borso is in a constant state of military build up and slight instability. Whilst most mercenaries from Borso swear fealty to their homelands flag, their loyalties rarely matter, when enough coin is presented to them.
