Engoo is Lilly's brother. Known publicly as the lead of a band of muscles for hire, occasionally taking jobs for the town guard, merchant caravans or anywhere else their needed. Secretly runs a a very well connected information network behind scenes. Trains the hired muscle to pick up on "reading between the lines" and "connected tidbits of information". No one expects "big dumb brutes" to be spies.
