Leader of the Fisherman's Guild and on the Targoviste Council. He was blackmailed for information when the Blood Runner's took his husband Fron who owns Fron's Fortuitous Froths. He told them that they had the Devil hidden away. After he was found out when Morawen gave the answer of no, he was taken away by the guards.
