Kepple Tweed

Kepple Tweed was a Cloudhelm for the White Wind under Gram Tyrik. When the ship went down at Ark Stronghold he fought with Gram but couldn't save his friend. He retired after The Last Battle. Pepper contacted him about being a Cloudhelm for Nero Vox's new crew. He was good friends with Tychus and thought this would be a good change of pace. Something... a bit more... mild-mannered than being a Cloudhelm for the largest ship in the fleet. Though still in partial retirement, he accepted.
