Only descendent of Albious Cleroy, Haley is the birthright Emperor Sovereign of Cleroy. As is tradition however, her title is merely a symbol and the decision making for the state is made with the combined consensus of the Supreme Council of Cleroy in Rouvray, of which Haley is a member.
Despite her heavy title and the burden of expectation, Haley had a full and relatively normal childhood, and enjoyed the same relative freedom that came from that.
As she grew, her training began, in the form of combat training and higher education, equipping her with the skills and knowledge to help lead her country.
