Underking

The Underking is the most honorable title of all in the sanctuary city of Lavabrink. The position is obtained through the dangerous tradition known as the [Brinkrun]. The Underking has veto power over the Great Hall, and in turn takes it from the Great Hall. It holds a huge amount of say over crafting decisions made by all guilds, and the Hall of Underkings holds a statue of every Underking that has ever legally held power.
