Population: 50,000 (Predominantly Shadar-Kai)
A large city built into the side of a mountain with many tall spires of both carved and natural stonework. The city is a religious oligarchy, led by High Priestess Nivredhath Y'suun, Seer Kharis Ulafiel, and High Accompanist Iksame Kerdu of the temple to the Raven Queen.
It is protected by an order of religious warriors called the Veil Wardens, who have done so for over five centuries.
Though the city often trades with others in the Shadowfell, the people are known for their asceticism, so they do not want for much.
