Plane of Dreams

This plane is one of the most recently added to the planar cosmology. Prior to the Ascension of the Raven Queen, the domain of dreams was held within the Shadowfell by Utrixia. After the ascension, Utrixia gave the Shadowfell and a portion of the domain of death to the Raven Queen, but maintained control over the domain of dreams. Seeing as she did not wish to give any control over this domain to another within the Pantheon, she used her divinity to create an entire new plane and ruled it as her home.
