She is the daughter of High Exarch Fransi. Several days before her father's death, she took up his Mantle and aided Queen Omen in repairing the lost countryside and reclaiming the destroyed cities.

The people of Tarkir see her as a light in the dark. She is always ready to take the cloak off her back to to give it to another. While they don't understand the knickknacks she carries, they do find them quite funny.
