He earned his name from his infamous airship. After becoming the leader of the Blouza through several special elections after the unfortunate deaths of the previous 3 leaders, he purchased an Airship and now flies 100ft above the top of the canopy at all times to project his image down for any meeting.
How the People View Him
The people of the Blouzo despise him to an outstanding degree. Sadly, he still has 8 years left in his term before it's over. It's rumored many people plot for his assassination.
