Kathrine, while not native to Tharal, has adapted to life here quite nicely. Originally a stowaway, she is now one of the most proficient and effective debaters and orators. That, paired with the fact she ALWAYS gets her opponent drinking first, makes her almost unstoppable.
How the People View Her
Kathrine is the only Halfling world leader. The smallfolk flock to her and channel her as an example of what it is to make it in a world that seems to look down upon them physically and metaphorically.
