Sultan Rakiem's fame and renown comes not from prowess in battle, or from being a great orator; in fact, his renown is purely by accident. One day while experimenting with spells, scrolls, and other magical components, he somehow conjured a meteor swarm upon the previous sultan's palace, eliminating him and his entire lineage. A war started and over in a matter of seconds all by accident.
